If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the date your received the package, and we will refund the purchase price. If you would like an exchange or in-house credit please indicate so. Returns must be in new condition.

Defect/Error Policy
Xacta 3000, Inc. will make every effort to ship your order accurately with item(s) free of defects. However if there is an error or an item is defective please notify us within 30 days & we will have your order shipped back to us (paid by us) & ship the correct item. If you would like a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item. For an item warranteed by us, you may notify us within 90 days of receipt of any defects.
