In stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
If an item is out of stock or is shipped directly from the manufacturer, it may take a little longer.

Xacta 3000, Inc. charges shipping and handling for standard delivery (3-7 business days) within the continental U.S. in the following manner:

All orders up to $30.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.95
All orders up to $75.00 are charged a flat rate of $8.95
All orders up to $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $9.95
All orders up to $150.00 are charged a flat rate of $11.95
All orders up to $250.00 are charged a flat rate of $12.95
All orders up to $500.00 are charged a flat rate of $14.95
All orders over $500.00 are charged a flat rate of $16.95.

Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will have a $10 surcharge applied. Orders being shipped to Canada will have a $7 surcharge applied.

Some of our larger and more bulky items have an additional shipping charge on top of the standard rates. This will be noted on item page. Surcharges depend on item weight.

Occasionally, an item has additional shipping surcharges which cannot be automatically included when you place your order. This will be noted on the item page along with the additional amount which we will charge to your order.

Expedited shipping is available. Add $10 on top of standard rates for 2nd Day Air and $20 on top of standard rates for One Day Delivery.

Orders being shipped outside the U.S. & Canada are subject to prevailing rates, weight, and location factors among others. You will be notified of cost after you place your order.

For international orders, Xacta 3000, Inc. takes no responsibility for taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred.

Tax Charges:
Xacta 3000, Inc. charges sales tax of 6% for all orders being shipped to the State of NJ.

Guarantee of satisfaction: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the date your received the package, and we will refund the purchase price. If you would like an exchange or in-house credit please indicate so. Returns must be in new condition.

However if there is an error or an item is defective please notify us within 30 days & we will have your order shipped back to us (paid by us) & ship the correct item. If you would like a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item. For an item warranteed by us, you may notify us within 90 days of receipt of any defects.
